Spiritual Healing Masterclass
Renewal of the heart through dhikr, duʿāʾ, and prophetic guidance.
Spiritual healing in Islam is not magic — it is returning to Allah with repentance, remembrance, and trust. Hardship often lifts when the heart finds peace in worship and good company.
Signs the heart needs care
Recognize these without shame — they are calls to return.
- Heavy sin without repentance, or numbness toward prayer
- Constant anxiety without turning to duʿāʾ
- Envy, anger, or bitterness that will not fade
- Feeling far from the Qur’an and the masjid
Prophetic remedies
The Messenger ﷺ taught practical spiritual medicine.
- Tawbah: sincere repentance with a plan to avoid the sin
- Dhikr: SubḥānAllāh, Alḥamdulillāh, Allāhu Akbar — 33 each after prayer
- Duʿāʾ: especially in sujūd and the last third of the night
- Ṣadaqah: hidden charity softens the heart
- Good companionship: sit with those who remind you of Allah
A simple weekly routine
Friday: ghusl, best clothes, surah Al-Kahf. Daily: morning/evening adhkār. Weekly: one hour of Qur’an with meaning. Monthly: fasting white days (13–15) if able.
Practical tips
- Professional mental health care and Islamic spiritual care work together.
- Ruqyah from Qur’an and authentic supplications is permitted — avoid superstition and charlatans.
- Small consistent worship heals more than rare intense bursts.
