1. Seller Fees & Pricing

2. Seller Responsibilities
Product Listings
- Provide accurate title, description, and photos
- Use correct category and tags
- Set fair, competitive prices
- Disclose all defects, wear, or issues
- Include all relevant details (size, color, material)
Inventory Management
- Keep inventory counts accurate
- Remove sold-out items promptly
- Update prices and descriptions as needed
- Maintain minimum stock for in-demand items
Order Fulfillment
- Ship within 2 business days of payment
- Use tracking for all shipments
- Package items securely to prevent damage
- Provide tracking number to buyer
- Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
3. Seller Standards
Quality Requirements
- Items must be as described
- Used items must be clean and functional
- Packaging must be adequate for shipping
- Items must meet safety standards
Customer Service
- Respond to messages within 24 hours
- Be professional and courteous
- Resolve issues quickly and fairly
- Honor return/refund requests per policy
Performance Metrics
Maintain these minimum standards:
- Order Defect Rate: Less than 1%
- Late Shipment Rate: Less than 4%
- Customer Rating: 4.0+ stars average
- Response Time: Under 24 hours average
4. Payment & Payouts
Payment Schedule
- Standard Payout: Every Monday for previous week's sales
- Minimum Payout: $25 (accumulates if below)
- Payment Methods: Direct deposit, PayPal, check
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
Reserve Policy (ordinary shop goods only)
- New sellers: 10% payout reserve for first 90 days on standard shop sales processed through our payment processor
- Released 14 days after delivery confirmation
- Protects buyers in case of eligible shop disputes
High-ticket / vehicles / real estate — no platform fund holding
- Vehicles and real estate may be listed only by verified, approved sellers
- Those sales must close via third-party escrow or a licensed title/closing partner
- We do not accept or hold buyer purchase funds for vehicles, real estate, or other high-ticket items under the Marketplace Risk Policy
- Seller misrepresentation is the seller’s responsibility — see Marketplace Risk Policy

6. Prohibited Practices
- ❌ Shill bidding (fake bids to drive up prices)
- ❌ Fee avoidance (completing sales outside platform)
- ❌ Manipulating reviews or ratings
- ❌ Selling counterfeit items
- ❌ Misrepresenting item condition
- ❌ Spamming or unsolicited messaging
7. Account Termination
GLRelief may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:
- Violation of seller agreement
- Poor performance metrics
- Multiple customer complaints
- Fraud or illegal activity
- Abusive behavior
Appeal: You can appeal termination within 14 days
