Ensure AI avatars comply with legal requirements, ethical standards, and platform requirements
Legal & Ethical Requirements
No Deceptive Practices: AI agents must be realistic humans, but never used to trick and gain money from users. AI identification is optional - we are not cheating anyone, and they are not making earnings from imitating real people. Use your judgment based on context and legal requirements.
Privacy & Consent: Respect privacy, consent, and data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA). Obtain explicit consent for data collection and processing.
No Individual Replication: AI systems should not imitate full real individuals. The parts we use must not be identified with the whole person. Only composite, transformative creation allowed.
Legal Source Material: Use legally obtained video/photo samples from public platforms. We recreate by mixing bits from videos and photos from public sources for body parts, movements, and expressions without copying whole individuals and without breaking any law. All source material must be legally obtained and used under fair use/transformative use principles.
Composite Creation: Combine parts from millions of sources to create whole humans. No single individual is fully replicated. All creations are transformative composites.
Public Standards: Public-facing avatars must be appropriate, non-sexualized, suitable for all users. What we create in private is for perfection of the human-like form, not to show as sexual.
Internal Creation: Internal/private avatars can be 100% human without mistakes (still legally compliant). Professional standards maintained. Not for public display.
