Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)

Copy and paste this URL into the address bar:

Press Enter - You'll see a page that says:
[Installation Screen with checkmarks]
✅ Created directory: uploads/products/photos
✅ Table created/verified: vendor_products
✅ Installation Successful!

That's it! The installer automatically:
- Created 4 database tables
- Created upload folders
- Set permissions
Success Indicator: You should see green checkmarks (✅) and "Installation Successful!" message.

Open phpMyAdmin in a new browser tab:
http://localhost:8888/phpmyadmin
You should see the phpMyAdmin interface with a list of databases on the left side

Click on your database name in the left sidebar
Your database is probably named something like:
- glrcf
- website_db
- charity
- Or whatever you created earlier

Click the "SQL" tab at the top of the page
Look for tabs: Structure | SQL | Search | Query | Export | Import
Click on: SQL

Copy this SQL code and paste it into the big text box:
-- First, find your user ID
SELECT id, username, email, role FROM users;
-- This will show you all users. Look for YOUR username.
-- Note the 'id' number (probably 1 or 2)
-- Then run this (replace 1 with YOUR id):
UPDATE users SET role = 'superadmin' WHERE id = 1;

Click the "Go" button (bottom right corner)
Success Indicator: You should see "1 row affected" or similar message in green.
Important: Replace the number 1 with YOUR actual user ID from the first query!

Go to the Profile page:

✅ The page should STAY OPEN (no more blinking/closing!)

On the profile page:
- Look at the LEFT SIDEBAR
- Find the button that says "Control Panel"
- Click on it

In the Control Panel:
- You'll see several colorful buttons
- Find the GREEN button that says "Upload New Product"
- Click on it
Buttons you'll see:

[ⰠPending Approval] ↠Yellow button (superadmin only)
[📈 Analytics]

On the Upload page, fill in these fields:
Product Title: Type anything, like "Test Product 2024"
Description: Type "This is my test product for the vendor system"
Category: Click dropdown, select "Electronics"
Price: Type "99.99"
Condition: Click dropdown, select "New"
Quantity: Type "10"

Upload at least ONE photo:
- Scroll down to "Product Photos" section
- You'll see a large dashed box that says "Drag & drop photos here"
- Either:
- Option A: Drag a photo from your computer and drop it in the box
- Option B: Click anywhere in the box → file browser opens → select a photo
- You'll see a thumbnail preview appear below
At least 1 photo is REQUIRED. The form won't submit without it!

Add some keywords (optional but recommended):
- Scroll to "SEO & Search Optimization" section
- Find the "Keywords/Tags" field
- Type "electronics" and press Enter
- Type "test" and press Enter
- Type "product" and press Enter
- You'll see blue tag chips appear

Submit the form:
- Scroll to the bottom
- Find the GREEN button that says "Publish Product"
- Click it
- Wait 2-3 seconds
✅ You should see: "Product uploaded successfully! Pending admin approval."

Approve your own product (as superadmin):
- After upload success, you'll be redirected to your profile
- Click "Control Panel" in sidebar again
- Click the YELLOW button "Pending Approval"
- You'll see your product with an APPROVE button
- Click "Approve"
- Confirm the dialog
✅ Product status changes to "APPROVED" - It's now live!

View your product on the main Sales page:
http://localhost:8888/website_folder_organizer/glrcf-master/sales.php
- Your product should appear in the listings!
- It will be at the BEGINNING (vendor products show first)
- Click on it to see the product detail modal
