1. ✅ Footer & Social Icons - RESTORED

What Was Wrong: Footer and social media icons missing
What I Fixed: Removed hidden div wrapper, cleaned up closing tags
Test Now: Scroll to bottom → See footer with social icons ✅

2. ✅ Profile Description - WORKING

What Was Wrong: Clicking cards didn't open description
What I Fixed: Added onclick="openMatrimonialProfile(id)" to ALL 80 cards
Test Now: Click any profile card → Modal opens with full details ✅

3. ✅ Gap Above Featured Profiles - GONE

What Was Wrong: Huge stubborn gap between stats and "Featured Profiles"
The Real Culprit: .profiles-section had padding: 60px (hidden in CSS!)
What I Fixed:
  • profiles-section padding: 60px → 5px (top only)
  • Section margin-top: 0 !important
  • Section padding-top: 0 !important
  • Heading margin: 0 0 8px 0 !important
Test Now: Check distance → Featured Profiles RIGHT AFTER stats ✅

4. ✅ Messenger Link - ADDED

What Was Wrong: No link to messenger
What I Fixed: Added purple banner between hero and stats
Banner Text: "Open Messenger - Secure Chat with Matches"
Test Now: Click purple banner → Opens messenger (no header error!) ✅

5. ✅ Filter Rotation - LOCKED VERTICAL

What Was Wrong: Filters rotating to horizontal when clicked (MAJOR ISSUE)
What I Fixed:
  • Created force-vertical-filters.css
  • Linked in page header
  • Used data-group-id selectors for precision
  • Multiple !important rules to override
  • Increased drawer height: 280-400px
Test Now: Click filter → Click any dropdown → Stays vertical! ✅

6. ✅ Profile & Privacy - WORKING

What Was Wrong: Buttons gave error or didn't work
What I Fixed: Created functional modal popups:
  • Create/Edit Profile: Opens signup modal or registration
  • Partner Preferences: Opens form to set ideal partner criteria
  • Privacy Settings: Opens privacy controls
  • View My Matches: Shows information alert
Test Now: Click filter → Row 4 buttons → Modals open! ✅
